Some of these services store data outside Ecuador, under their own security measures.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 6 months.
Confirmed bookings are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.
If you have any question or concern, please write to us first and we will sort it out with you. You also have the right to file a complaint with Ecuador's Superintendency for Personal Data Protection.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use, ask us to hand it over to you, or withdraw your consent.
Write to the email or WhatsApp above; we reply within 10 days at most.
Security
Your data is stored on a protected server. Only the hotel team and the technical providers needed to run the website can access it.
